4. SERVICE ACCESS & INTERRUPTIONS

Mil Property Partners is not responsible for delays, outages, or interruptions caused by:

System failures
Internet or network issues
Weather or natural disasters
Labor disputes
Criminal or terrorist acts
Other circumstances beyond our control

5. MONITORING

Mil Property Partners may monitor activity on the Websites to maintain security and enforce this Agreement. Use of the Websites constitutes your consent to such monitoring.

6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 “As-Is” Basis

The Websites and Services are provided “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Mil Property Partners makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

Merchantability,
Fitness for a particular purpose,
Non-infringement, or
Accuracy or reliability of information.

6.2 Data Accuracy & Errors

You assume responsibility for verifying the accuracy and usefulness of Website Information.

6.3 Viruses

While we take reasonable precautions, we do not guarantee the Website is free of viruses or malicious code. You are responsible for implementing appropriate protections.

6.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIL PROPERTY PARTNERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mil Property Partners LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from all claims arising from your use of the Websites, including those arising from your content, misuse, or violation of this Agreement.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Websites is also governed by Mil Property Partners’ Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

9. UNSOLICITED MARKETING & ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Mil Property Partners prohibits the use of our systems to transmit unsolicited commercial email or spam.

Users who receive suspicious or unwanted emails believed to originate from our systems may report them to our designated support email (provided on our Website).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam-related activities.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

10.1 Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of IL.
Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Lake County, IL.

10.2 Assignments

You may not assign your rights or obligations without written consent from Mil Property Partners LLC.

10.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

10.4 Connectivity Charges

You are responsible for any data, messaging, or connectivity charges incurred through use of the Websites.

10.5 Termination

Mil Property Partners may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your rights under this Agreement cease immediately.
